I, the undersigned, confirm that I am over 18 years of age and give permission to Nathan Marks and The Distinctive Creative to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of me for promotional purposes, including on websites and social media, without any payment or compensation, and release them from any related liability.

Terms & Conditions
- Images posted online must credit @thedistinctivecreative
- No posting raw or unedited photos without consent
- Seek permission before editing or altering photos
- Cancellations are allowed before the shoot; late cancellations will not be refunded
- Images from the shoot can be used for commercial use
- One round of minor edits is included after the first draft
